Cogito Law Office was founded by Po-Hsiang Yu in 2007, and merged with JL Attorneys-At-Law in November, 2018. The firm is hosted by four managing attorneys, Po-Hsiang Yu, Jacob C. H. Lin, Kuo-Yen Weng, and Ta Shen.
